While researching economic forecasts, I ran across a quote an article of the Forbes Magazine that dropped my jaw: in regard to the present situation – we are in “the biggest dip in GDP since the birth of the industrial revolution”.
Just think about that statement for a second.
WW1 – ‘the war to end all wars’ which ended with ‘the lost generation’, the great depression, WW2 – over 50 million working-age people died there, Korea-Vietnam blunders, dumping trillions into the sand post 9/11…
None of the above amounted to what we have done here to ourselves!
Total number of people dead in Washington State who had a life expectancy of more than a year before contacting Covid-19, currently stands at 171 people.
This is so surreal!
